  1. hey girl keep strong. i like your plan...it sounds fool proof. once you get in the routine of going to the gym and eating less and less and more healthy then it will just get easier. you can do it! just be patient and know that it will take about 2 weeks till you see results if you do it the healthy way so hang in there!
